Australia’s Perth Mint celebrates the unique and diverse wildlife of the Land Down Under this beautiful coin. Each of these unique rounds consists of .999 fine silver, may be used as legal tender, and was produced in an IRA approved facility.
The reverse of this coin features a large funnel web-spider. Its glossy, hairless body, and its long legs and spinnerets are portrayed in intricate detail. “AUSTRALIAN FUNNEL WEB-SPIDER,” “2015 1 oz 999 SILVER” and the Perth Mint’s mintmark are inscribed around the rim.
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II graces the obverse. Inscriptions read “ELIZABETH II,” AUSTRALIA” and “1 DOLLAR.”
Enhancement was done by a private mint in Germany.
