The coin's reverse depicts an incredible high relief goat skull designed by the tattoo artist Kiana Roo with her autograph. On the top of the coin the name of the series "Lunar Skulls" and in the bottom the inscription "Year of the Goat". The coin's obverse depicts the coat of arms of the Republic of Ghana and the face value.
