Product Overview
This one ounce silver coin has been struck to celebrate the Cross River Gorilla, the best known animal of the Takamanda National Park (Cameroon – Nigeria), and the most endangered of the African apes. Mintage extremely reduced of only 1.000 pieces worldwide.
On the reverse is depicted a Gorilla with extremely expressive eyes. The name of the species is inscribed below with the year of issue. The obverse depicts the Cameroon emblem.
