The coin’s design depicts a coloured representation of a kookaburra perched on a branch of an Australian native gum tree. Incorporating The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark, the reverse also portrays the tree’s leaves and seedpods.

The coin is housed in a classic display case with a clear lid within a special World Money Fair 2022 shipper. Each coin in the mintage is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
