Customs Duty & Tax
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes that are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. These are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you consult with your customs agent or broker in your country.
As of July 1st, 2021, goods valued at €22 or less imported into the EU will no longer be exempt from VAT. All goods will be taxed, regardless of commercial value. Above the €150 threshold, international customers are still required to pay customs duties upon importation into the EU.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that some products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. We have suspended all shipments to Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping prices may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
For overseas customers, we use the safest delivery method to ensure your purchase is protected and trackable. This helps prevent any loss of coins during shipping.
While we aim to ship orders within 5 business days, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery. You will be notified with a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping of "Pre-order Item"
Please note that ordering pre-sale items will delay shipping your order. Place separate orders if you wish to receive other items sooner.
Coins with an "Expected release date" are subject to delivery time from the mint. We can only provide an estimated delivery date for pre-sale items. Your understanding is appreciated. Photos may be mint stock pictures and not the actual coin.
