Although we are working full time to maintain our services on outgoing shipments, the logistics supply chain has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic globally and we are now experiencing certain delays and constraints with incoming shipments from several national mints and suppliers from the world. We will however continue to ensure your needs are fulfilled in a timely fashion and to provide the best service as possible.
We realize that a quite a wait and you've been very patient with us. In either case your order is always secure with us and unfortunately we don't have a control over the mint delays.

We are unable to drop off or deliver to a PO Box number. Please provide a physical address.
Delivery of your order - due to Covid 19 we've changed our shipping carriers exclusively to UPS.
(Unfortunately UPS cannot ship to PO.Box) We would use Canada Post Economy ;no tracking! for PO Box deliveries. Slight delays might occur due to suppliers & transportation companies having delays.

Customs Duty & Tax
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination, these are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you consult with your customs agent or broker in your country.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to the international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on the value shipped. When shipping coins to our overseas customers we use the safest form of delivery to protect you and your purchase. The shipping cost for this service is calculated by the Postal service, or carrier used. This practice ensures that you purchase is insured and track- able from moment of shipping to safe delivery. This has greatly reduced coins being lost during shipping.
While we do our best to ship orders in within 5 business days; we ask that you allow up to 15 business days for delivery. You'll be notified of a tracking number once your order ship.
Shipping of “pre-order item”
PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERING PRE-SALE ITEMS WILL DELAY SHIPPING YOUR ORDER. Place separate orders, if you wish to order the other items and have them shipped earlier.
All coins with "Expected release date" are subject to delivery time from the mint. We can provide ONLY estimated time of delivery for your coin when bought on Pre-sale. Your understanding is appreciated. Photos may be the Mint stock pictures and not actual coin.
