Regarded as one of the most popular Arabian Nights tales, Sinbad the Sailor features on the second release in this Legendary Tales Coin Collection struck in one ounce 99.9% pure silver. Utilising engraving, this coin illustrates Sinbad, as he sails off on another voyage. In keeping with the Legendary Tales theme, the limited coin arrives encased in an antique book-style packaging including a certificate of authenticity of the New Zealand Mint.
The reverse of the coin illustrates Sinbad, as he sails off on another voyage.. On the bottom of the reverse, the inscription: “1 oz 999 FINE SILVER” – the weight of the coin and the fineness of the Silver. The obverse of the coin depicts the Coat of Arms of Niue and the inscriptions: “TWO DOLLARS” – the face value and “2019” – the year of issue.
