This beautiful silver coin is dedicated to the brave and courageous defenders of Azovstal in Ukraine and to the citizens and troops locked together inside the industrial complex 'Azovstal' in Mariupol, Ukraine.
At the large steelworks of Azovstal, a relentless Russian attack was met by unyielding Ukrainian resistance for 80 days. Some of them have returned to their homes; others, many more, are still buried beneath Azovstal's remains.

The reverse of the coin features a warrior wearing a symbolic metallurgical plant armor in high relief that served as a covert symbol of their endurance. On the reverse, the inscription: “WARRIOR OF AZOVSTAL” - the name of the coin.
The obverse of the coin shows the Coat of Arms of Niue and the inscriptions: “NIUE ISLAND” – the country of issue, “5 DOLLARS” - the face value and “2 oz 2022 Ag 999”- the weight of the coin, the year of issue and the fineness of the Silver.
