The reverse of the coin depicts Saint George as he fights the wicked dragon in the name of freedom. It represents a new interpretation of the eternal struggle between the forces of light and absolute evil. Saint George, known as Saint Yuriy in Ukraine, symbolizes the invincible spirit that faithfully defends independence.
The obverse of the coin shows a arabesque motif, with the Public Seal of Niue along with inscriptions: "NIUE ISLAND" – the issuing country, "10 DOLLARS" – the face value and "Ag999" – the fineness of the Silver and "2023" - the year of issue.
