Return & Refund Policy

At Dazzling Coins, we are committed to providing collectors and investors with high-quality numismatic items and bullion products. Due to the nature of our products, we have a tailored return policy that balances customer service with market realities.

Standard Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Returns based on changes in market value or customer speculation are not accepted.
  • Returns must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery if due to a defect or shipping error.

Exchanges

Due to the constantly fluctuating value of precious metals and the uniqueness of numismatic coins, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

⚠️ Exceptions

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Vault Sale” are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
  • No refunds on silver-based coins and bullion due to market fluctuations. Please do not complete your purchase unless you agree with this policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost after verifying the issue.

Start a Return

Email us at sales@dazzlingcoins.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time includes:

  • Transit time to us: 5–10 business days
  • Processing time at our warehouse: 3–5 business days
  • Bank refund processing time: 5–10 business days

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for in-stock items that have not yet shipped may be cancelled, but are subject to our Market Loss Policy.
  • If an order is cancelled, you are responsible for any price difference (market loss) between your purchase price and the current market value.
  • In addition, a 10% restocking/cancellation fee will apply.
  • Market gains remain the property of Dazzling Coins.

Pre-Orders

There is no cancellation policy on pre-orders. A pre-order is a commitment and legally binding agreement to purchase. While we may offer store credit or partial cancellation at our discretion, cancellation is not guaranteed and may affect your future purchasing eligibility.

Please note that “Dazzling Coins” will appear on your PayPal or credit card statement. We ask that you allow up to 15 business days for payment to clear if using a major credit card.
