The reverse of the coin shows a wonderful reinterpretation of Eros and Psyche by William-Adolphe Bouguereau. The reverse conveys delicate moments of mythological romance. On the reverse, the inscription; "EROS AND PSYCHE" - the name of the coin.
On the obverse, a central representation of a swallow. All around, the inscriptions: "REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN" - the issuing country, "2000 FRANCS CFA" – the face value, "2024" – the year of issue and "AG 999 2 OZ" – the fineness of the Silver and the weight of the coin.
