Terms of Use and Agreement
By accessing, viewing and/or using this web site or any page thereof, you agree to all the terms of sale and usage on this page. Dazzling Coins is not responsible for any typographical or pricing errors.

Pricing & Availability
Prices and availability are subject to change. (This is the nature of the numismatic market.)
International metals prices, exchange rates, availability, marketplace perception, supply, demand and numerous other variables can and do change, sometimes rapidly and sometimes by significant degrees. Dazzling Coins reserves the right to change prices without further notice. All items are subject to availability and prior sale. The presence of an item on the Dazzling Coins web site does not guarantee its availability. We sell through a number of different channels, and prior sales may have occurred that affect our stock on hand. Sell-outs can and do occur, sometimes very swiftly.

New Releases
Most world mints (including the United States Mint) typically announce coins in advance of (sometimes well in advance of) the actual release date. In addition, there are unpredictable delays associated with international shipment. Consequently, there may be a delay between the announcement of a new item and its release, which will result in a delay in the shipping of your order. We are not able to ship all orders, especially for newly announced/released items, immediately. Please consider this when formulating your order; you may want to segregate new releases onto a separate order. For our part, we are very good at turning around orders once items have reached us from around the world. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. All coins with "Expected release date" are subject to delivery time from the mint. We can provide ONLY estimated time of delivery for your coin when bought on Pre-sale. Photos may be the Mint stock pictures and not actual coin. Your understanding is appreciated.

Pre-orders

Dazzling Coins reserves the right to cancel any and or all Pre-Orders subject to availability and allotments as set by the supplier (Mint or Dealer) of which Dazzling Coins has no control. Dazzling Coins will return payment on unfilled Pre-orders. Dazzling Coins has a no cancellation policy on any pre-ordered items placed on Dazzling Coins website. By placing your pre-order, you are making a commitment and legally binding agreement as the purchaser to take full responsibility for a payment. 

 Limits

Every year, many issues sell out quickly - some on pre-order. Our allocations may not be sufficient to meet expected or actual demand. Dazzling Coins reserves the right to place limits, limit and/or allocate quantities, amend and/or cancel orders without prior notice, at its sole discretion. We also reserve the right to give priority to previous customers and allocate items for fairer distribution. 

Return Policy - Returns will only be processed in the event of error on the part of Dazzling Coins (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), and it would have to be reported to us within 3 days of you receiving the order. Any in stock merchandise that has yet to be shipped can be cancelled, but only offset at our current ask price. Any deficit between the price at which we sold to you and the offsetting purchase price and or prices, is your responsibility only if your item(s) is cancelled or returned. That amount will be charged to you, plus a 10% restocking/cancellation fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your package being given to the return shipper. 

The refund time period includes the transit time for us to receive your returned item(s) from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business day). 

*No refund on silver-based coins or bullion, due to fluctuation of precious metal market.

Returned Shipments

If your order is returned to Dazzling Coins due to your refusal to pay duties or taxes, or if the carrier (for example, Federal Express or UPS) was unable to deliver your order, you agree you are responsible for any return shipping fees, additional duties, or applicable taxes for returning the package back to Dazzling Coins. In addition, if your package is returned to Dazzling Coins, we will not reship your order unless and until we are paid in full for any return shipping costs, duties, taxes we have had to pay or advance for you as well as any subsequent re-ship fees back to you.

International returns on orders are very costly and we strongly suggest making yourself aware of any duties or taxes before packages are shipped to avoid surprises. In addition, we strongly suggest making yourself available to the delivery company, so your package is not returned to Dazzling Coins, subjecting you to unnecessary taxes, duties, shipping costs or delays.

 Cancellation Policy - Once you have placed your order with Dazzling Coins, you have entered into a binding legal agreement and cannot cancel your confirmed order. Any in stock merchandise that has yet to be shipped can be cancelled, but the return of funds will be based on the original purchase price. Any deficit between the price at which we sold to you and the offsetting purchase price and or prices, is your responsibility only if your item(s) is cancelled or returned. That amount will be charged to you, plus a 10% restocking/cancellation fee. That is our Market Loss Policy. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of Dazzling Coins Company.

 Cancellation can have a significant impact on Dazzling Coins business viability with our supplies (Mint or Dealers. Dazzling Coins reserve the right to refuse future business dealings as well as seek legal action against any customer that places large volumes of purchases and does not pay. RETURN PRIVILEGE AND ITEM AUTHENTICITY. All items are warranted original unless otherwise described.

Please note “Dazzling Coins” will show up on your PayPal or Credit Card statement for any transaction. However, we ask that you allow up to 15 business days for a payment to clear when using major credit card.  

We are establishing that if the buyer requests a refund (partially or fully) the fees originally paid by the merchant to PayPal or Credit Card provider will not be returned to the buyer.
