The reverse of the coin shows a beautiful image of Fauna, a female demonic figure, symbolize the harmony between humanity and nature, embodying the wild, untamed beauty found in the wilderness. The crown of flowers could represent a connection to the earth and its cycles, as well as a symbol of growth, renewal, and abundance.
The obverse of the coin portrays Official seal of Niue (The Seal of Niue, or the Public Seal of Niue, is the official seal of Niue. It was adopted in September 2021 ); and the inscriptions: "Public Seal of Niue" – "NIUE" – the issuing country, "TWO DOLLARS" – the face value and "2024" – the year of issue.
