Product Description
This impressive 2 oz silver stacker is dedicated to James Webb Space Telescope. The most people are familiar with the masterpiece of marble sculpting that is Michaelangelo’s David. Standing over five metres high, it was unveiled on 8 September 1504 in the Piazza della Signoria, Florence. It remained there until 1873, when it was moved inside to the Galleria dell’Accademia, being replaced in its original location by a replica.
- 2 oz. silver
- Concave shape
- Antiqued Finish
It is basically a reproduction of a segment of Davids face, right down to the distinctive pupils. It’s beautifully done, and exhibits extreme levels of relief with a high degree of precision. It would be amazing, if it were a numismatic, but it’s all the more impressive when you realise it’s not only bullion, but a stacker as well.
